Dishes all day! Welcome to my blog. Mom of four here. I'm always making food, therefore I'm always doing dishes! Can you seriously believe we don't have a dishwasher after three years of owning our home? Someone want to kick my husband for me ;)
So I had a rough night tonight. I was rushing my kids to dance and I hit the rock at the end of my driveway and whoooosh! Flat freaking tire. So I get out of the car in the pouring rain, bang on the window, get my husband's attention, throw the car in reverse, and switch the two car seats over to his truck. Pack up three kids (again) and rush to dance, only to find the place is black! Come onnnn. Are you kidding me? Apparently they cancelled from.... Rain? Sheesh.
Anyway, I got a little frisky for dinner and needed to make ground pork. Naturally I jumped on Pinterest and after spending way too much time pinning creative ideas, I found this great looking individual pork meat loaf recipe with egg inside!
So you boil and peel eggs. Then, in a bowl you mix ground pork ( I did five eggs to 2 lbs meat) with some spices. Then form the meatloaf around the hardboiled eggs, roll in bread crumbs, roll in melted butter, place on a baking sheet and bake 375 for 30. The egg was on the dry side but it was a good concept.
